UK Privacy Policy
This document contains legally binding terms governing your rights, remedies, and obligations under Indian Law. Please read all sections and sub-clauses with care.
KYNIGOS MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U70200HR2025PTC134688), trading as Helix Human Capital ("Company", "We", "Us"), is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
1. What We Collect
- Client contacts: name, work email, phone, company name, and the contents of any hiring brief you submit.
- Candidates: CV/profile data, contact details, and evaluation notes, where a Candidate is sourced or applies for a role we are recruiting for.
- Site usage: standard analytics data (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP) once you consent to analytics cookies — see our cookie banner.
2. Why We Process It & Our Legal Basis
- Contract: to respond to your enquiry and run a search you've asked for (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
- Legitimate interests: to keep a record of Candidates sourced for future relevant roles, and to improve our services (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Consent: for non-essential cookies/analytics (Article 6(1)(a)) — you can withdraw this at any time.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain records for tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons.
3. Who We Share It With
Candidate data is shared with the specific Client evaluating that Candidate for a role, and never sold. We use third-party processors for email delivery and site infrastructure (see our cookie policy for the current list of analytics/embedded services). Any processor handling personal data on our behalf is bound by a data processing agreement.
4. Where It's Processed
Our recruitment delivery and back-office operations are based in India. This means personal data collected through this UK-facing site is processed outside the UK. See Section 7 for what this means and the current state of the safeguard we intend to rely on.
5. How Long We Keep It
Client enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. Candidate data is kept while it remains relevant to active or reasonably foreseeable searches; a Candidate can ask us to delete their data at any time (Section 6).
6. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate data corrected;
- Ask us to erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Receive your data in a portable format, where applicable;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@helixhumancapital.in. Candidates can also ask for their profile to be purged from our records at any time via the same address.
